The dough comes together quickly in the bowl of a food processor. After a thorough chilling, just slice, bake, and go!
Calabrian chiles lend a lot of spicy heat that goes a long way toward countering the richness of butter and cheese. The crackers also have a hint of fresh ground black pepper and red pepper flakes for even more spicy depth. Use an assertive aged cheddar for the boldest flavor.
